Idea of MegaCD

Back in 1997 - I was quite keen to learn things out of my own interest to make me fit to survive the industry. I quickly learnt that it is practically impossible to understand any Integrated Circuit - no matter how simple it is - unless

a) We go through the data sheet critically - end to end.

b) Read some tips from the vendors on how to use the device.

I thought the pathway that I went through is quite a memorable one and it would be beneficial to let the practicing engineering community to use it. I approached Michael Markowitz of EDN's to help me as he was of the same view. But for Mike I would not have got over the complexity of acquiring the permission.

Even after 10 years I still believe that this CD is quite informative.
